COVID-19 Policies at Maxine Evans Photography Studio
Welcome to my private, professional baby photography studio, a sanctuary designed exclusively for capturing the most precious moments of your little one's life.
Studio Policies:
Your baby's safety is my top priority, which is why I have implemented the following policies and protocols in my studio:
Recent Covid History: No one will be permitted in the studio if they have had Covid within the past 30 days of the session.
Air Travel: Visitors are not allowed if they have been on an airplane in the past 14 days.
Quarantine Request: Newborn clients are kindly asked to remain under quarantine between their hospital visit and the scheduled session (except for necessary doctor visits).
Masks: Masks are strongly encouraged however not required in my studio, irrespective of State or County recommendations. Clients are requested to bring their masks; however, I will provide one if needed.
Illness Policy: No one is allowed in my studio if they or anyone in their household is feeling unwell, even with minor cold symptoms.
Limited Guests: At this time, older siblings, extended family, in-laws, nannies, or friends are not permitted in the studio.
Cleanliness: My studio is meticulously cleaned and sanitized before and after every session. Every surface, prop, backdrop, etc., is thoroughly disinfected. Additionally, an air purifier runs 24/7.
Hygiene Practices: Handwashing, removal of shoes, and hand sanitizer use have always been standard practices in my studio.
Vaccination Status: I am fully vaccinated, including receiving all Flu and Tdap vaccines, as well as all childhood vaccines. I am also OBGYN and Pediatrician approved.
Sitter Sessions: Sitter sessions are conducted with a "no contact" approach and from a safe distance of 6 feet. I will always wear a mask during these sessions for added protection.
Personal Commitment: I have received a third full dose booster, fourth shot booster, and the latest Bivalent booster, and undergo regular testing. I plan to maintain these precautions until the Covid-19 epidemic is entirely resolved. I kindly request my clients to extend the same care and honesty regarding their vaccination status and Covid history.
