I LOVE capturing this milestone! Seriously, this is just food for the soul!
I call them sitter sessions and they are generally done around 8-9 months when your baby is sitting up completely solid without toppling. It is absolutely one of the most precious stages in your baby's life. They are full of smiles, drool, and generally pretty silly. Occasionally, you'll get the baby that is a bit apprehensive, especially with the masking but even then it's such a great age to capture in photos.
I could do these all day, every day. I provide the outfits unless you have something special or super pretty you'd like for them to wear of your own. My goal is to have your little one be the center of the image with the baby's face being the beautiful focal point. I don't care for a ton of props and distractions. Looking back on these all I want you to see is your beautiful child at this tender and somewhat hilarious stage.
This little guy belly laughed so hard the entire time I think my ribs hurt when we were done. I wanted to keep him but no one has ever let me. So unfair! Ha!
